How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff use observations to identify any additional needs children may have. The special educational needs coordinator works closely with parents and professionals to ensure children receive the support they need. All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, make good progress from their starting points.

Outdoor space

The team works together to consider areas for improvement, such as the outdoor area. For instance, developing a natural growing area in the garden to encourage children to study bees and bugs. Areas have been divided to provide space for children to develop their physical skills on large equipment and bikes.

I have been looking through the feedback on here and extremely shocked at what I’m reading. My nephew has been so happy there and I can only thank the staff for making his experience so great and preparing him for primary school. Kay has been so patient and kind to him and any issues he has had she has worked with him to ensure he gets through them. Please do not just take one parents views, as expectations must have been out of Kay and the staffs control. They are all there for each child and work with them so well.

This is the worst thing you can do to your child. I had a very bad experience as my child was going to a nursery for the first time, they didn't provide any introduction or settling in session, my child was screaming and crying. We still tried to send him thinking it could be just an anxiety thing. They didn't behave good with my kid especially their head Kay is a very rude person. After one of hour of dropping him they call us everyday saying other kids have special needs and are sensitive when he is crying. They didn't want to attend my child or listen what he wants. When we asked them for a settling in and I stayed there for a while they were uncomfortable as they couldn't do whatever they want and send us back home with kid even when he was happy. Either you listen to them or they misbehave with your child. When we raise this to the managers, they were also not listening and didn't give us our due money back on his place cancellation.

This organisation provides morning clubs and after school clubs in my children's school. However, I am left wondering how safe kids are under their care. Their customer service and the way they deal with parents leave a lot to be desired. For a number of weeks I have been attempting to book my kids into the after school club they operate but have been met with very flippant and unhelpful responses. I am aware of other families whom have had bad experiences with this organisation. This business needs to be carefully monitored by the appropriate authorities. We are left with a very uncomfortable feeling after communicating with them.
