Pricing & funding

Fees are charged at a flat rate across all age groups from nine months to five years, with options for full day, morning, or afternoon sessions. Standard fees are all-inclusive of meals, snacks, and drinks. Stretched funding is available over 52 weeks, with additional charges applying for meals and consumables.

Good to know

  • A non-refundable registration fee of £60 and a refundable deposit of £250 are required to secure a place.
  • A minimum booking of 2 full days or 3 half day sessions is required.

  • Two months' written notice is required to terminate the contract or reduce booked days.
  • The nursery is closed on bank holidays (normal charges apply), with no refunds for sickness or holidays.
  • Funding can be stretched over 52 weeks, with additional voluntary charges applying for meals and consumables.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Managers and staff design an ambitious curriculum to meet children's needs and interests, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff work with parents and professionals, including local authority teams and speech and language therapists, and use strategies such as visual cards to help these children make good progress.

Outdoor space

Children explore welcoming indoor and outdoor learning environments and are given daily opportunities for fresh air and exercise in the nursery garden, such as playing ball games, riding tricycles and running, which supports large-muscle development, spatial awareness and coordination.

EAL / language support

Staff place a strong focus on promoting children's communication and language skills, including those who speak English as an additional language; they use sign language and learn key words in children's home languages.

The staff at Bloomers Day Nursery are wonderful. My son started age 2 and with the help of all of the staff he has become such a bright, confident and curious little boy. They focus on your child’s interests and bring out the best in them all. Very supportive team here!

Our daughter started at Bloomers at 10 months and was there until 4.5 years. In that time the team at Bloomers were a second family to us. They went above and beyond for us as a family and were so invested in helping our little one develop in every area. They were always open to feedback and took any and all concerns seriously. They made every occasion special for children and parents alike. Overall it was a brilliant nursery experience and I would choose Bloomers over and over again.

This is a amazing nursery. Since attending both my daughters thrive and are very happy attending nursery. They have made many friends and the staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with. My oldest daughter was attending a previous nursery that I became unhappy with therefore, I removed her and applied her to bloomers and it was the best decision for all three of us. Very pleased with this nursery.

My Daughter attended Bloomers Day nursery over the past two years. I don’t have words to describe how excellent is the quality of care at Bloomers and how supportive and professional they all have always been. She was always in the best possible hands, so no doubt if I have another kid or someone I know does; I will always highly recommend Bloomers Day Nursery with their fantastic staff. All the best.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since 2017, from the very beginning she was comfortable with staff, happily going to see her friends daily. Every transition from one group to another was made smoothly and staff made sure she was ready for the next step. As a parents we can track her progress online, see developmental milestones being reached, progress being made abut also meals during the day and toilet visits. She very much enjoyed variety of activities planned by staff like science experiments, yoga sessions, library visits. We are very happy to find such a gem! We cannot recommend it enough as a childcare setting! We will miss the nursery staff and would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts as they contributed massively for her to become the personality she is. All the best to Bloomers Day Nursery.
