Blue Butterfly Montessori, established in 2012, offers high-quality early years education and care inspired by the Montessori method across its Pinner and Stanmore locations in North-West London. The nursery caters to children aged 3 months to 5 years, providing an environment designed to foster a child's natural eagerness to learn.
Educators are trained observers, guiding each child according to their individual pace and learning style. The curriculum is broad, focusing on the holistic development of children—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and instilling both social and academic competencies to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
The nursery highly values its collaborative relationship with parents, recognising them as essential partners in their child's development. Blue Butterfly Montessori aims to provide a nurturing, fun, and secure setting where children can thrive.

Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator works in partnership with parents and other agencies to ensure children receive the support they need. As a result, all children make continuous progress.
Children thoroughly enjoy their outdoor play. They are happy and giggle as they balance, jump and run around challenging obstacles. Staff provide interesting and inviting play spaces that engage children, such as a mud kitchen where they role play.
I have been working with Amy, the SENCO at Blue Butterfly, for speech and language support for the past few months and have been really impressed with the support she and her team provide. Amy is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always open to new ideas I suggest implementing. She and the staff are also very well resourced and always happy to consider suggested resources, which makes collaboration smooth and effective. One aspect I really value is how the key teaching staff is always welcomed into our sessions. This allows the language and strategies we work on to naturally grow within the class setting, with the ongoing support of the team. Amy and the staff create such a positive, collaborative environment, and it’s clear how dedicated they are to the children’s progress.
Read on GoogleIn reply to the nursery: Just no. You failed here and thats all that needs to be said. They have contacted me after 2 years to offer me the same dates and times for preschool that I had rejected in the first place. It’s a shame that they are only after money, beware parents that if you are offered Monday Wednesday and Fridays, most holidays/inset fall on Mondays and Fridays so they would be charging for those days constantly even if your child doesn’t attend. My child has been attended another nursery which is absolutely amazing for the past 1.5 years and I was promised at this nursery that they would be able to find me a place within a month to 3 months max. After 7 months they offered me crap days and times and now have come back after 2 years offering me the same dates and times. Very strange behaviour and looks desperate. In future just apologise and be honest with your customers that you don’t have the space or you’re after their money only or that you only can do those days and that won’t change.
