I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Leaving Twisty Tails Nursery was one of the best decisions we ever made for our child. From our experience, he was unhappy there and did not feel supported by the staff. Even now, when we drive past the nursery, he still talks about how unkind some of the staff were and how much he disliked being there. Since moving him to a new school, he has settled in immediately, loves his teachers, and has learned so much more than he ever did at Twisty. In comparison, our time at Twisty Tails Nursery was stressful for both us and our child, and we felt his needs were not fully met. Based on our experience, we do not recommend sending your child to this nursery. We hope others can make a more informed choice for their children.

My son has been attending Twisty Tails for 2 months and we’ve noticed a significant improvement in his personal development. He’s more confident, comfortable around people and loves spending time at the nursery. Bijal and the Team are an absolute delight to deal with and always welcome my son with open arms.

Twisty tails has been amazing at helping my 2.5yr old settle in as she struggled being away from me. They helped me persevere and understand how to handle the settling in period. My daughter has started enjoying her time at nursery now and is learning lots of new things. The staff have been available to answer any worries I may have and have taken the time to sit down to go through her progress. I have also seen how clean the nursery is, which was a huge factor for me.

Twisty Tails Nursery has been absolutely wonderful for our little one, who started about seven weeks ago. The app they use has been a game-changer, providing us with peace of mind and allowing us to plan our evenings effectively when our little one returns home. Bijal has been incredibly helpful with any questions we've had, always responding with genuine honesty and making sure we feel supported. We never feel like any inquiry is too much, and it's clear that she is dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing environment for the children, parents, and staff alike. The staff have also been amazing with our baby, and it's heartwarming to see the strong attachment she has developed with them already. It's clear they truly care about the children in their care. The nursery offers everything you could need to feel comfortable, which is so important when entrusting someone with your child's well-being. We feel completely at ease knowing our little one is in such capable, loving hands.
