Blue Orkids Goldington Nursery is dedicated to creating a fun, welcoming, and affordable early years environment where children are encouraged to flourish. They pride themselves on supporting each child's individual journey, celebrating their unique personalities, and fostering a strong sense of belonging within a caring and familiar setting.

The nursery emphasises learning through play, offering a stimulating programme of activities that encourages communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a natural love for discovery. They also provide healthy, freshly prepared meals to support children's development and positive relationships with food.

Blue Orkids Goldington is deeply involved with the local community and believes in strong partnerships with parents, ensuring open communication and shared support for each child's success. They embrace an inclusive ethos, providing tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those learning English as an additional language, working closely with families and professionals to empower every child.

At Blue Orkids Ltd we strive to be a fun, affordable, inclusive Early Years setting where children are welcomed, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment. We aim to provide a secure and happy environment for all our children through a well-balanced stimulating programme of activities. In partnership with parents and the local community we strive to give every child equal opportunities to achieve his/her full potential.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

The management team understands the importance of having arrangements in place to identify and support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They actively involve parents in discussions and decision-making, fully understand referral procedures, and work cooperatively with other professionals. Staff plan specific activities to support the targets set for each child, ensuring all children are included and make progress alongside their peers.

Outdoor space

Staff provide opportunities for children to be physically active in the fresh air. They support children to take managed risks as they practise new skills, such as manoeuvring themselves across the wobbly wooden bridge and climbing and jumping from apparatus.
