Great nursery! Staff are always very caring, friendly and open. Manager Kylie is great and ready to help and support with any queries. We love the detailed reports from nursery every day, and seeing how happy and content our son is. I am also very impressed with the variety of activities and the variety of food they provide. Our little one is very happy at Bookworms and is learning so much while playing with his friends.
Read on GoogleFantastic nursery!!! My twins have gone there since they were 12 months old and are now three. They love it, they skip into nursery on the morning and when I pick them up they often don't want to come home. Staff are very friendly and caring. One of my boys suffers with febrile convulsions and has had an episode whilst at nursery, staff were outstanding and when he stopped breathing they were very calm and pretty much saved his life!! My other twin often chokes on his food, one day he really choked and started turning blue, but staff knew exactly what to do and were very calm. When you send your child to nursery you want to know that they are safe and happy, well we never worry about them because Bookworms staff are trained so well and only have the children's best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who wants their child to be happy and feel secure. Dinners are wonderful and my boys often have second or even third helpings!!! Yeah, they often come back looking a little scruffy but they are toddlers and I would be more concerned if they came back spotless, to have fun you've got to get a little messy!!!
Read on Googlegreat nursery, my son regularly comes back with photos and crafts that he has made. Always something lovely for fathers day and Christmas. My son has been in attendance since he was old enough and the staff are very understanding of parents who have high stress jobs and can sometimes be running a wee bit late! Sports days, organised trips to Weston and Warwick were excellent in addition to the carol singing. Cannot fault any of the girls/ladies at Bookworms - keep up the good work!
Read on GoogleI love Bookworms Daycare! Both my children have attended from 1 year old, my youngest is in the pre/school room. I couldn’t recommend this setting highly enough, my children have thrived under the care of the loving passionate staff, some of which are now good friends. It is a small setting which gives it a feeling of home, the children get to know all the staff so transitioning between rooms is a really easy process. Nanny Lisa produces delicious home cooked food which my children can have 2 or 3 helping if they want! The outside facilities are really good for all age groups. I have always felt my worries/concerns as a parent have been listened too and some great professional advice given. Lisa who currently runs the pre-school room works really hard to get them school ready, I felt my daughter left to start school happy and confident. I’ll be sad when we no longer have to attend.
Read on GoogleRubbish nursery, I have been sending my daughter since September and I am very disappointed with the level of care given to her. I have come in several times dropping her off and no one to greet her and she’s just standing there. In addition I pay for her food on a monthly basis, however they still require me to ring up everyday before 10am to say whether she is coming or not, today I dropped her off at 11.30am ( 11is her her usual time) and they said they have no food for her as I forgot to ring up, but surely they should make her food anyway as I am paying for it? Also I have come in several times where they haven’t changed her nappy and she is still in the same nappy that I changed her in. She hardly does any pictures or arts and crafts ( probably about 4 since she started). Do not send your kids here.
