The nursery focuses on sensory exploration, with younger children engaging with materials like rice and learning descriptive words such as "soft" or "hard," which supports their language development. Children also gain an understanding of their emotions and develop emotional resilience, learning what makes them happy during group times. Humpty Dumptys Nursery Limited places importance on preparing children for school by promoting independence through daily tasks like pouring water at lunchtime and serving their own meals, alongside encouraging self-care skills.
The dedicated Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) ensures that all children with SEND have appropriate plans and receive swift support through partnerships with other professionals, leading to expected developmental progress. Children enjoy being physically active in the garden, skilfully manoeuvring on bicycles to develop gross motor skills, and manipulating play dough to build muscle strength for early writing.

Excellent nursery. My children attend holiday club and are always happy to go in. Excellent nutritional meals. All staff are extremely caring and know my children well. Couldn’t feel more comfortable in leaving them :)
Read on GoogleI am very happy with Humpty Dumpty. My son (2) was upset to start with but the staff were so kind and professional that he settled in really quickly and he loves going now. They plan fun activities for the children and provide good wholesome meals. Thanks for being such a great team!
Read on GoogleLovely "home" atmosphere. Staff are lovely and welcoming throughout childs education, not just at sign up. My son has learnt a lot while attending and his confidence has soared. Really good meals and very helpful with food intolerances. Definately recommend
Read on GoogleThe girls there are lovely. My daughter is starting to enjoy being at nursery. She is starting to settle in very nicely. She tells me all about her day once i pick her up.
Read on GoogleTwo. I use to go here when I was a kid and some of the children were really ignorant. But most importantly, the lady there with the blonde hair was extremely rude to me to the point I would play she would be angry and scare me. Whenever my mom would bring me here I would cry, she then found out what the lady was doing and transferred me somewhere else, now I am 15 and sometimes see that woman around. And I just hope she has changed
