What it's like

Inclusion & environment
When staff identify possible speech delays, they speak to parents promptly and share ideas of how parents can help their child at home. This consistency helps children to catch up and close any gaps in their language skills.
Children get plenty of fresh air and regular exercise indoors and outdoors. This helps to promote children's overall good health and well-being.
My little girl had CMPA from birth and has attended for over a year she is leaving this week aged 19 months the team here have always gone above and beyond to make sure she has a fun packed day I can monitor the day online and see food/sleeps/activities/nappy changes and can always contact them should I need to, the flexibility of days and times has worked really well for us and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would 100% recommend the creche and team to anyone looking for childcare on the center of Bury ❤️
Read on GoogleMy boy attended for three days this week as we were testing the water for childcare. This place is close to my work and easily accessible from home. The owner is very nice but I only met her once or twice. I was thinking of putting my son there two days a week permanently. I wasn't shown around or even invited to look around the creche. I was told upon picking my son up on day two that he had choked on his snack and had to have his back patted to clear his throat. It concerned me that I wasn't called after the incident I was told when I went to collect him. He had just woken up when I went to collect him and I bundled him in the car and off we went. I got home to find he had a soiled nappy which to me, looked like he had gone to sleep with a soiled nappy as it was stuck to his bottom and he had a nappy rash. Today when I picked him up he had food on his face from dinner time and he was lifted out of a pram where I'm told he had 20 mins nap. I got him home again today to find another soiled nappy which was put on wrong and had leaked onto his vest and pants. He has probably been put down for a nap with a soiled nappy again. I have put cream on his nappy rash and cleaned his face. When I called to speak to the owner she wasn't in but I explained to a staff member how I felt and she said she changed his nappy herself and feels he may have soiled himself during his sleep. He has never done this. I sent him today with 5 nappies and he came back with 4. To be changed once in 6 hours isn't good enough. I have no trust in this creche to care for my 8 month old son so will not be returning.
Read on GoogleI've sent all my 5 children here and it's like having family look after my children, fantastic staff, clean and loving environment just wish my children didn't have to grow up! 100 percent recommend!
