About this day nursery

Bramble House Day Nursery provides high-quality, affordable care and education for children from birth to four years old, operating 50 weeks a year from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. As a family-run establishment, the nursery aims to create a 'home from home' atmosphere, fostering a secure and joyful environment where children can engage in stimulating activities and develop vital skills.

Nutritious meals, snacks, and personal care items like nappies and wipes are all inclusive in the session prices, alleviating extra costs for parents. Recognising the importance of parental partnership, Bramble House utilises Tapestry, an online learning journal, for daily updates and direct communication between parents and key persons.

The nursery is thoughtfully divided into three areas: the Caterpillar Room for babies and toddlers, featuring a separate cot room for peaceful sleeps; the Butterfly Room for active two to three-year-olds, designed to spark wonder and language development; and the Dragonfly Room for three to four-year-olds, offering free-flow access to a garden area and preparing children for school by promoting independence and self-discovery. A dedicated and qualified team, many of whom have been with the nursery since its opening in 2013, supports the children's social and emotional growth.
