How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff quickly identify when children may need additional support, including those children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). They put strategies in place to close any gaps in children's learning and show particular dedication when supporting children with SEND, encouraging them to understand and help with others' care requirements.

Outdoor space

Staff organise the environment to make the most of child-led play. They encourage children to play hide and seek outside with different objects in the sand, helping them develop large motor skills using various tools to dig, pat down, and cover objects in the sand.

My little girl has just left here after attending since she was 10 months old as she starts primary school in September and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this nursery. There hasn’t been a single day in nearly 4 years that my daughter hasn’t wanted to go, she has absolutely thrived in this environment and genuinely loved every single minute that she has spent there. Each and every member of staff is so caring, friendly, bubbly & approachable & the opportunities & adventures that my daughter has had here over the years are second to none! The manager here is genuinely one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met, she runs the whole nursery & her amazing staff team like clockwork & it really does show when you see how happy and content the children are from the tiniest babies to the 4 year old pre schoolers! I never leave reviews for anything but I simply had to with this one, if you live in the area and are considering sending your little one here then I promise you it’ll be one of the best decisions you ever make as a parent, my little girl (though very upset that she’s had to leave nursery!) is SO ready for the move to reception thanks to the incredible dedication of the staff towards her learning & early years development. Massive thank you to Branston Community Day Nursery for giving our daughter the most fun filled four years and for being such an important part of this chapter in her life, you will be VERY missed!
