SEND provision

The nursery is proactive in working alongside other agencies to support the needs of children. The special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) ensures timely referrals for children not making expected progress, and children with additional needs are closely supported in meeting their targets through specially designed activities. Progress towards these targets is shared with parents and other professionals.

Outdoor space

The inviting indoor and outdoor spaces encourage children to explore their own interests. Greater physical challenges are promoted outdoors for older children, supporting gross motor skills such as balance and coordination. Road safety is a particular priority, and children are supported to improve their road safety awareness on the pretend pelican crossing in the outdoor area.

My son went there for a year and at the end of the year the management handed us an invoice of late pick ups. They never mentioned anything throughout the year and said it all gets updated on the app. I gave my phone to the owner and the staff and asked them to show where it gets updated and even then they couldn't find it and just said that all the parents have it on the app. Upon mentioning that they could have mentioned it to us (we oick our son every time he was there and spent atleast 10 -15 mins talking to his key person.) At the end of every month or 2 months or whenever we came, the owner said that it's our fault for not asking them if he has any dues. My son was only doing funded 12 hours so I had no idea if any dues were building up. The owner did not even apologized once and ignored our concern. My son's teachers were amazing and communicated with us (parents) everyday and gave a detailed list of things he had done.

My baby loves it! They do many activities during the day that help the kids to learn and develop new skills, from painting to singing to making cookies, etc. They spend a lot of time outdoor, when the weather allows it. There are two different areas where the kids can play, according to their age. They also teach the importance of healthy food and a balanced diet. Most importantly, the staff is incredible! I can see it from how my baby goes to them for cuddles at drop off. Everyone is always very polite and kind, but also ready to listen if there is an important matter to discuss. This nursery is a dream!

Management are clueless and rude, wouldn’t trust them to run a bath never mind a nursery
