We had absolutely amazing experience for our daughter in this nursery. From management to staff, everyone was very supportive. My daughter joined the baby room and she thoroughly enjoyed her journey till toddler room. Nursery feels so warm and welcoming and everyone is so deeply dedicated and devoted for children care. 100% recommend!

We had a very troubling experience at Bright Horizons Nursery in Bolton. During our time there, we observed behaviour from some staff promoting personal religious views within the setting. This made us extremely uncomfortable as we believe a nursery should remain neutral and inclusive for all families. Despite raising serious concerns with the management, no meaningful action was taken to address the issue. We therefore felt we had no choice but to withdraw our child immediately. Parents should be aware of these issues and consider carefully before enrolling their children here. Children are not important for this setting, only thig that matters is management keeping their seats and nothing else. AVOID!

I know this a bit late response but I have just seen the reply to my fiancée review - Andrew Dalton. As I was the one who was dealing with nursery I would like to say it here that yes management and staff was all aware about this situation I even had a meeting with manager of nursery about the way they treated my daughter in nursery how she always had wet clothes on her when I picked her up even when she had plenty of changing clothes, how she always had a nappy rash as my daughter has sensitive skin and I always supplied my own nappy’s but she always had some random ones on when was picked up, how she always had a full nappy. I scared she looked when I left her in and of course I took action I spoke to staff I explained, when leaving nursery I always looked through the latge windows and that 1min was enough for them to put her somewhere and just ignore the kids, how staff prioritised to feed themselves rather than help my daughter to eat a soup in age of 18months! Which was witnessed by my mum (grandma) also was addressed to management! I I tried to speak to staff it didn’t work I took her out of nursery asap, it gaveme some much axienty to take her to new one as I was scared it will be the same! It was awful I only regret that I didn’t took her of this nursery earlier and that I thought we can resolve the issues. But no the staff only care about money and don’t think they actually even like working with kids at least after impressions I received from them and management, as long as you pay them they don’t care! Awful experience, awful place

Most staff don’t look after kids properly. When I picked my daughter up she was always very quiet and not herself. I addressed matter to staff and even manager of nursery with my fiancée. Nothing changed. We took our daughter out of that place and she is been in new nursery for a long time. Never not even ones had she been upset like in bright horizon and she is always happy. This place isn’t great for kids. They make it look all nice but as soon as no parents around kids are left to themselves. Extremely disappointing

My son has attended this nursery since he was 9 months, at nearly 3 years old the detail to his care and development is something I am in debt to the nursery as a whole for. He is very well taken care of in my absence, I know he is safe, learning at such a great rate but above all, happy. My sons development is excelling at such an amazing rate thanks to the hard work the staff put in each day. His love for books has greatly come on due to the areas all around the setting he listens to at least 5 books a day here and at home. I can't thank the staff enough for their continued work they are making with my son.
