Bolton School, a distinguished independent day school situated on an expansive 32-acre campus, offers a comprehensive educational journey for children from their Nursery years through to A Levels. The institution is structured to provide co-educational learning for children aged 0-7, encompassing the Nursery, Pre-School Class, and Infant School.
Beyond this foundational stage, the school transitions to single-sex Junior and Senior Schools, believing that this environment fosters optimal development for older pupils. Despite the single-sex divisions, boys and girls periodically engage in collaborative activities like music and sports, ensuring a broad and integrated experience.
The school prides itself on a highly qualified and experienced teaching staff dedicated to challenging and nurturing each child's talents, fostering academic excellence, and instilling a lifelong passion for learning. Bolton School emphasises a holistic approach, aiming to cultivate curiosity, growth, and flourishing in its students.

Inclusion & environment
Staff responsible for the special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) provision are supported and knowledgeable. However, new initiatives and further training are still in their infancy. Therefore, children with SEND do not always benefit from the same rich opportunities to hear language and practise their communication skills with all staff.
