Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to grow and develop. The nursery places a strong emphasis on its unique "Nurture Approach," which integrates learning with emotional well-being, ensuring each child feels healthy, happy, and supported in reaching their full potential.
With a dedicated team of skilled professionals, the nursery focuses on creating a secure and loving atmosphere, allowing children to explore, learn, and express themselves effectively. They offer comprehensive settling-in sessions, free of charge, which can begin up to six weeks before a child's official start date, giving families ample time to adjust and build trust with the key persons.
These sessions are tailored to individual needs, promoting a smooth transition from home to nursery. The curriculum is designed to foster both practical and life skills through engaging activities and embraces outdoor adventures, including Forest School and Eco-Schools programmes.
The nursery also prioritises healthy eating with freshly prepared meals and robust allergy management. Furthermore, Bright Horizons works to support families by guiding them through various childcare funding options provided by the UK government.

Inclusion & environment
Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities effectively. Staff undertake relevant training to improve their skills and understanding, to be able to support children's varying needs. Leaders use additional funding to offer more staff support for children who need extra help and for resources, which helps meet the needs of all children.
All children enjoy outdoor play. They take safe challenges and risks as they run, walk and ride wheeled toys and develop an awareness of nature and engage with each other.
