I couldn't fault Bright Horizons at all. My daughter attended there from a toddler to pre-school and she loved it. She was so well looked after and all the staff were so brilliant, caring and loving. My daughter is also vegan so I thought it would throw up lots of challenges but the staff bent over backwards to ensure she was included in everything and that vegan meals were prepared for her. Absolutely brilliant nursery, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in the Guildford area.

My daughter loves her nursery. The staff are warm and welcoming and put the child at the forefront of what they do. I was so pleased when we visited to look around and all staff we met spoke to my daughter first (unlike other local nurseries where some didn’t acknowledge her existence at all) as it is her that needs to be happy there, and she is very much so. The transition was easy and I really like that the key worker is chosen by the child, in who they bond with the most. The staff are attentive and clearly know each child very well. I feel my daughter has settled well due to the way the team operate and their general approach. They were happy to help in making daddy’s birthday card and went the extra mile in making a gift too. A very thoughtful team of people. The only thing I would say is that the pricing grid is not all that clear, neither is the monthly invoice detailed with specifics. I think the company itself could invest in more updated IT there i.e it’s main website and functionality to be more user friendly. But this is a minor thing when our child is so happy and also not something the individual nursery can change. The nursery has been excellent so far and I would certainly recommend them to anyone hence the five stars.

We love Guildford Boxgrove Nursery! The ladies that work there make it a truly great nursery! All staff really care deeply for the children and many have now become friends. My two children have always enjoyed their time there with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. Highly recommend if you are considering sending your children there.

I visited this nursery for the first time this week and was absolutely amazed by the wonderful space that the children have. There are three studios where the little ones can cook, do science experiments and practice their artistic skills. As this nursery has recently had a full refurbishment, it is wonderfully clean and bright - somewhere I would be very happy for my children to be. Clare, the manager, showed me around and introduced me to her fantastic, friendly team. This nursery is definitely worth a visit.
