We highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Nursery as we've had a wonderful experience with them. The staff are incredibly caring and genuinely invested in the children's growth. The activities are always engaging and fun, with a different theme each week that ties into the current season or a popular children's book. We’re truly grateful to have such a wonderful team looking after our daughter and for creating such a warm and supportive environment for all children. Our daughter absolutely loves them, and we have complete peace of mind knowing she’s loved and well looked after. The regular updates and photos we receive are the highlight of our day and give us great insight into her development and daily routine. Communication with us has always been on point, and everyone is treated with kindness and respect.

A wonderful start for our daughter! As a first-time mum, starting nursery when my daughter was just 10 months old felt like a huge step — but the staff made the transition so much easier than I could have imagined. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and incredibly supportive, keeping me updated through their brilliant parent app, which gave me real peace of mind. She absolutely loved her time in the younger baby room and would go in happily each morning once settled without any fuss — a real testament to the warmth and care of the team. Now at 18 months old and in the older baby room, she’s still just as happy and excited to go in. She even looks out for the “monkey” on the drive in, which has become part of our little routine! One of the things that stands out most is how all the staff — not just those in her room — know the children by name. It creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The manager’s door is always open, and they never miss the chance to say hello and goodbye to the children each day, which really adds to the sense of community and care. The staff continue to be amazing — I always know what my daughter has eaten, how she’s slept, and what activities she’s enjoyed that day, all thanks to the updates on the app. She walks in every morning with a big smile, and she’s still smiling when I pick her up. It’s clear how much she loves the staff and how much they care for her in return. I’m so grateful to have found such a nurturing and joyful environment for her to grow, play, and learn in. Thank you for everything you do!

Our son has attended since he was 9 months old and he is now coming up to 3. He loves coming to nursery and I feel that monkey puzzle has helped his development so much. The nursery has helped develop his speech and he is an independent and resilient child as a result. The staff could not be more helpful and we are really pleased with our choice of nursery!

My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle since he was 10 months old (now nearly 3). The staff are incredible and are always going out of their way to ensure the children are happy and have their needs met! It's a wonderful nursery with different activities organised throughout the day. The food is also great with meals freshly prepared and snacks offered throughout the day. My son enjoys his time at Monkey Puzzle and I'm so thankful for all they do! It's an excellent childcare setting and I'd definitely recommend it to any parent.

My daughter has been at monkey puzzle for over a year now starting in the baby room and now in the toddler room. She absolutely loves her time at nursery, it’s been great to see her develop and her confidence grown. All the team are so friendly and caring, with lots of clear communication through the nursery app as well as verbally in person. The home cooked meals by Caroline sound extremely yummy - with my daughter always having more. Highly recommend!
