They also provide various resources and support for families, including guidance on childcare funding options and a detailed settling-in process to ensure a smooth transition for new children.

Both my children have settled in really well at this nursery. Staff is very kind and attentive. My children love the staff and especially their key persons. The rooms are lovely and bright, with big windows and open access to outdoor spaces. Each group has their own little outdoor space adapted to their age - they spent £90K on renovating the outdoor space so it is truly amazing! Everything is always super clean. Menus are varied and healthy. Children are well stimulated and clearly love it there. This nursery is a bit more expensive than others in the area, but you definitely get what you pay for, it's just a wonderful place with amazing resources and facilities, and very well trained staff.

Our son has been attending Bright Horizons Hinckley for 2 days a week since August 2018. He has developed in to an intelligent, confident, happy young boy, with the caring staff and room leaders/key workers he's had having huge impact on this. I've always found the communication between family and nursery to be excellent and the staff endeavour to provide daily updates via their app including targets against the early years foundation curriculum. The manager and staff are only too willing to help when asked and the handling of COVID measures, has been nothing short of exemplary.

Our daughter has developed so much since being at the nursery. We receive regular calls about how she is managing, insight on how things like her skills are being worked on, her daily routine such as eating and play time. We couldn’t be more impressed with the team that looks after her well being. They are caring, attentive and all round helpful. Couldn’t recommend them more!
