Sadly some concerning safeguarding situations occurred, the management structure and communication with parents was extremely poor. The safeguarding issue highlighted in the below review did occur, ( we were there) contrary to the BH response, shame on them!

My child with special needs attended this nursery for 7 months in 2023. Most of the staff was not qualified, some couldn't speak English. The Senco had no clue and was rarely available. Some Staff was suspended for months due to safeguarding issues and at that point we decided to leave. Very expensive and not worth the money at all.

Our daughter has gone to the baby room at Bright Horizons, Peckham. She has been extremely well looked after, by kind and caring members of the staff. Moreover there are plenty of activities, toys and books for their development adequate to age. Thanks

Bright horizon Peckham rye is a great place for our little girl. The staff are amazing in every way, providing genuine care, play, support, and fun and imaginative activities fostering individual development every day. She loves going there and I feel so secure knowing that she is getting all the attention and love through the day while I'm at work

My son, Shawn recently turned 9 and I asked him what his birthday wish was and it was to go back and visit his old nursery, Peckham rye day the most happiest place in the world that everywhere there is smiles and rainbows sadly we couldn’t because we recently to New Zealand but he still had a great day
