Areas to develop
Both of our children have attended this nursery - our son started at 11 months old and our daughter at 4 when her previous nursery closed. Joy and her team are caring, supportive, and dynamic, and the kids have both made lovely friends and learned so much. They also do school pickups/dropoffs, often at short notice, which is a huge help for us as working parents. Rye Garden is brilliant and we are so grateful to have such caring folks keeping our kids happy every day!
Read on GoogleOur daughter went to this nursery from 10 months old. Joy and all her staff took exceptional care of her and it she absolutely loved her time there. The staff team create a friendly and nurturing environment and in her time at Rye Gardens she learned to walk, read amd write as well as how to count to 10 in Spanish. Her time at this nursery meant she was ready for the transition to Primary school. Thank you Joy and the team!
Read on GoogleMy son attended this nursery from 11 months up until we had to move away. I was devastated to leave as we had such a brilliant experience with the nursery. They cared for my son so well and I could tell that they really loved my son which made me feel so safe to leave him there. He thrived there and at 18 months was beginning to count, take turns, name colours and more. He developed close bonds with other kids and staff. A special thanks to Miss Benita who was fantastic. Thank you!
Read on GoogleOur son has been attending Rye Garden Day Nursery since he was 10 months old. We initially had parent-guilt for sending him to nursery so young, however he is so happy there. We get updates of him doing very fun (and messy play) activities that he wouldn't otherwise get to do at home. He also had an allergy to cow's milk protein, which the nursery were very vigilant about and they have since worked with us to ladder him to be almost allergy free. Miss Joy, Raffa, Bonita and Luna have all been wonderful and nurturing; it's evident how much he enjoys his time there. No more parent-guilt!
Read on GoogleJoy and her team at Rye Garden are amazing. Our 18-month-old thrived at this small, caring nursery, where he got tons of individual attention. He loves everyone at Rye Garden, especially Layla and Gabby, and regularly came home singing new songs and covered in paint, having had a wonderful day making music and art with his friends. It’s a great location on Peckham Rye, and they have a charming outdoor space for the kids to play under the trees. The whole team took such good care of our boy. It is a fantastic nursery, where they really take the time to get to know and understand your child. Highly recommend.
