Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive outstanding support. Staff fully understand the needs of the children. Parents are completely involved in decisions regarding their children's needs. They speak highly about the excellent support their children receive, such as preparing for their transition to school. The dedicated special educational needs coordinator inspires her colleagues, sharing her exceptional knowledge with them. This helps children with SEND to achieve their full potential.

Outdoor space

Babies move towards the gate in the garden when it is time for lunch. Children enjoy yoga sessions in the garden as they learn to focus on their breathing and feel the stretch in their muscles. Staff work with children in the woodland, and children can confidently explain the rules of entering the woodland and why staff undertake rigorous risk assessment.

The sense of fun, dedication, professionalism greet you at the front door. All staff members have got a caring, patient, warm, fun nature which ensure all the children's needs are met and more. To sum up I commute 30 miles to ensure my daughter receives quality childcare."

Both my children attend Phoenix Nursery (3year old and 1 year old) in Brentwood, the staff are caring, passionate about what they do and professional. My husband and I couldn't be happier, as we have always felt that staff are genuine and this is reflected in the happiness of my children. Keep up the good work everyone! x

Well equipped, stimulating, clean environment. Staff are caring and encourage development. Staff also give parental support/advice if required. Healthy balanced and varied meals. Both our girls love it !
