We started at this nursery a few months ago and absolutely love it. We had a very extensive settling in period which was amazing and it really helped our boy get used to the environment before doing full days there. The staff are always helpful and our boy has built an amazing bond with his key worker. We have a Parent Nursery Association as well where the nursery manager takes on feedback and provides action when needed. We really couldn't praise this nursery enough!

My son has been really happy at this lovely nursery . I can not thank enough the amazing work, love and care from the Nursery Class ( Justina’s team ) and preschool ( Barbara’s team ) . My son loved them all and he will miss you ! The management team was always approachable and understanding . My kid was definitely happy at this nursery and I think all the kids there felt the same ❤️

Had a tour of the Nursery with the Manager Becky and felt very welcomed. The facilities in the rooms look excellent and all the staff seemed happy and friendly. It was nice to see all the rooms from babies to pre- school children, they looked all at settled and at home. The nursery is in a great location in Teddington near the train station and high st.

Started my son settling at Cedar Road in June and felt very very welcomed by all of the staff straight away. They keep me updated with what he's doing through the day including nappy changes, meals and sleep times. I receive pictures and updates about what he's done weekly which I love seeing. Very very happy with the service provided for the care and safety of my baby boy.

Mediocre. Our son has been at this nursery since Jan 2018. Since then it changed hands from Asquith's to Bright Horizons and the quality has sadly declined. Whilst they had to deal with the chaos of Covid, they dealt with it badly. For 6 months the nursery had a reduced "covid" menu which they claimed was due to food supply problems. I had to get in touch with the Bright Horizons UK MD to get this sorted. Utterly ridiculous. The nursery has lost a lot of great staff. Including an absolute stellar pre-school teacher. And, has gone through several managers. We would have removed our son if he wasn't off to school in the next few months. Overall, a sad decline of what was a great nursery.
