Unfortunately this place over promised and under-delivered. Too wide an age range in one room. It felt chaotic and over subscribed (which was confirmed by management). In the end we decided not to keep our daughter there past the settling period and found somewhere much better elsewhere.

What a warm and nurturing nursery. Our son joined the baby room and we were blown away by the attention and willingness of all the staff to really work with us to ensure our boy settled in well. He did and now he loves nursery! This element of partnership has really continued, ensuring we are well placed to support our son's development. The environment is clearly a place which will set him up to thrive. Above all, all the staff in the baby room (and those staff who started there and have since moved to other classrooms) are truly special, they set a high standard with the breadth of activities, but most importantly, the kindness and care they visibly give to the babies. Thank you to all the staff at Fennies.

We have checked all the nearby nurseries in the area before registering with Fennies. And I am so glad we made the right choice! My son has been attending Fennies in Teddington since June 2024 and he absolutely loves it! I cannot praise enough all of the staff for their hard work and personal attention that they give to him in order to make his learning experience and time away from home fulfilling and inspiring. You are always greeted with the smile and a kind word when you arrive in the mornings, by the manager and the reception team, which is so important! The building is new and spacious full of light, inside areas are always decorated for the season or are specially themed. There is a big garden to play and explore as well as new activities every day. The updates, letters, reports everything is always on time, you never need to chase anything! The team of teachers in the pre-schooler's room is incredible! hard working attentive and very very professional. Thank you for all the hard work that you do!

My daughter attended Fennies for 18 months, went through all rooms (Baby, Toddler and Preschooler room). The experience changed dramatically to amazing after a change of manager in early 2023. The staff/teachers were always warm and kind, showering my girl with love and support. I like the fact that my girl is learning various things and she had the opportunity to sing and dance to the teacher’s live piano playing; Spanish lessons that she pride herself with counting and singing in Spanish. There are various types of parents evening/events such as summer BBQ, Christmas party where the preschoolers sang etc. This is a great place for young children to flourish. Thank you to all the team members who have been with us through these times!

The nursery is exemplary. I write this of my own accord - I have never been asked to leave a review by Fennies Teddington. This review is based on our two children attending two different age groups at the setting, since the back end of last year. The quality of care has been consistently brilliant throughout that time and the lines of communication are always open between us, as parents, the nursery manager (Monika), and her team of brilliant carers. Any questions we have have had, have always been welcomed and answered in full, by the nursery manager or the room leaders. This could be bigger needs/requests or simply day-to-day queries. We are completely confident that the staff throughout this setting know our children, the individual personalities and needs they require, and at the same time, they are focused on how to best prepare our eldest for school and how to develop our youngest through the very early years. This nursery has been running for a short period of time and yet Monika has been able to build a community amongst the parents, carers and children which is extremely difficult to achieve. We are really enjoying getting to know other parents and, as a result, developing the friendships of our children outside of nursery. Our children run into nursery every day. Ultimately, that’s the best review I could ask for.
