My Son has been attending this nursery since May 2023. It’s such a daunting time when your little one starts nursery and I was anxious for sure to leave him at a nursery setting. The staff were really helpful, in particular Laura and Nasreen when I started the paperwork. When my Son went into his designated room he was given a key worker and she is just truly fantastic. We love her. Huge shout out to Oduffa for being his key person. His development is so great and I know she has really encouraged his speaking etc. Everyone in the room that he is in has been exceptional (Jess, Eulalee, Sarah, Pauline). I feel happy knowing Jasper is there for the day and that he is well looked after by everyone. He loves it here. The outside space is a HUGE plus! They are also great at updating the app throughout the day so I can see how he is getting on and photos of him playing are so nice to see. Thank you everyone for your care and kindness. Highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Very happy with looking glass day nursery, the staff is very professional, caring and very helpful. The ladies in the office are also great. My son loves going there. It’s always lovely to see my child’s journey book with all the pictures him doing activities. Give me great pleasure learning about his progress. Highly recommend.

We are so happy that we send our little one to this nursery. The staff are incredible, they make our little one feel welcome every day and take a genuine interest in what he's been doing and what he's currently interested in. He runs home to tell us all about what he's been doing and the friends he's made. He's loved all the staff in every room he's been in. The variety of activities is amazing and they even get him to eat his vegetables. High recommend.

Terrible nursery, no personal attention to your children and extremely bad organisation. Called us in when it was a bank holiday when place was shut...that should have raised red flag. Went in as I forgot to give my daughter medicine without notice, and she was just sitting in corner crying without any staff near or paying attention. They don't even wipe her nose when runny Told us to come in one day and it was wrong day...so promised to give us a extra day. Unfortunately we took our daughter out of the nursery, and now won't credit us for the day. In fact credit control wouldn't even check email correspondence I had sent. They wanted me to send everything again It's all amount getting money with this nursery...just a conveyor belt of staff. Very very poor
