The leadership is inspiring, with extremely effective systems to assess quality and swiftly act on improvements, as noted in their Outstanding Ofsted report from May 2017. The quality of teaching is excellent, with dedicated staff demonstrating exceptional knowledge of child development and how babies and young children learn.

Staff actively access a wide range of additional training and are very proactive in putting their new learning into practice, ensuring children receive the best possible care and education. Safeguarding is effective, with staff being extremely vigilant in supervising children and ensuring their safety, supported by closed-circuit television for additional security and consistent adherence to ratios.
