My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 9months old and I have to say that I have found the staff to be outstanding. When she was under 1, my daughter formed a special bond with one of her carers due to the dedicated 1 to 1 time she put in to ensure she felt comfortable in her new environment away from home. When she turned 1, she moved up into a new room where again I have found the staff to be extremely attentive and caring. My most recent positive experience with the nursery was just yesterday, upon collection, my daughter decided to throw the biggest temper tantrum because she refused to leave the nursery at closing time. The girls allowed her to play for a little while longer, popping in and out of each of the rooms and rummaging through the various different toys along the way! But when I put my foot down and insisted it was time to go, that was when all hell broke loose. Her key worker, on her on her way out, saw me struggling and actually stopped to help me, tried to calm my daughter down and put her in the car seat which helped me to feel as though I was not alone. These are just two examples (there are many more) of the outstanding level of service I have received from the staff at Brightsparks Purley. Thank you to all the team who have been magnificent to my daughter whilst on duty or off duty!
