Brooklands Childcare Ltd, established in 2004, provides a homely and nurturing environment for children aged 0-4 years. Open all year round, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, excluding a week at Christmas and bank holidays, this Ashton-in-Makerfield nursery received a 'Good' rating in its latest Ofsted inspection on 20 June 2023.

Children are happy and curious, forming secure relationships with their key person from the start. Staff skillfully use children's interests to inspire play, offering a wide range of experiences, including a 'tinker table' and a 'cosy room', which spark imagination and broaden understanding of traditions and cultures.

The curriculum is thoughtfully planned to build skills progressively, from supporting babies' core strength to encouraging pre-schoolers' fine motor development for early writing.
