This inclusive approach extends to children who speak English as an additional language, with staff learning key words and phrases in their home languages.

I registered my baby for this nursery at the beginning of December 2022 when she was only 1 week old. After chasing several times to try to complete my registration, I was finally contacted in FEBRUARY 2023 by a centre director from another nursery with confirmation of our space and a request for a payment to reserve the space. I rang at the end of June to check everything was okay and to ask about settling in sessions and I was told it was all fine, they had my daughter down to start at the beginning of September and they’d be in touch in August to arrange settling in sessions. One month later, and just ONE MONTH before I was due to go back to work, I was contacted (not even by the centre director) to tell me that the baby room had been shut since APRIL and they weren’t sure if they’d be open in September. I was told that I would receive an update about this by 14th August. No surprises here - I GOT NO UPDATE! I chased it up today (15th August), was told that I could have my retainer back but they couldn’t guarantee that I would get it back before OCTOBER. (Still couldn’t speak to the centre director). Aside from the fact that I have been let down by this nursery at the last minute causing me tremendous stress, the communication has been dreadful since day one. I wonder if the communication continues to be this dreadful when (if) your baby actually starts at this nursery, are you able to actually get hold of anyone if there are any issues? Despite the significant stress, having to change my complete working rota and plan for the entire remainder of the tax year, I think it is a total blessing in disguise that this nursery isn’t able to accommodate me as they have absolutely no transparency and don’t seem to care about the lives they turn upside down. I should have been told about the room shutting WHEN IT SHUT, not one month before my daughter was due to start. Maybe one day I’ll get my money back… who knows?
Read on GoogleI cannot recommend Busy Bees Bromsgrove enough. As a new parent choosing a nursery was a nerve-racking experience, however I can rest easy knowing that my baby is in safe, caring and loving hands at nursery. He is fed healthy and hearty food and his development is made a top priority. The nursery really feels like part of our family and I could not wish for a better team for him to spend his days with.
