My little boy started at Busy Bees Burntwood almost a year ago now, he is almost 2 and I couldn’t be happier with the care, love and education he’s received. He’s transitioned through three rooms in that time and I have honestly fallen in love with every key person he has had. The team are always so attentive, kind and friendly. It’s just a really nice atmosphere when you enter the nursery and when I leave him for the day I feel content knowing that he is in safe hands with a team that love him. Thanks you for making my first nursery experience so amazing, please look after your amazing team - they really deserve it. X

My son attended St Matthews for 2 years. During that time he was given meat and fish on multiple occasions despite him being vegetarian. The staff are moved so frequently that they don’t know who are their key children, this happened to us after yet another staff move in February. Most recently, I went to collect my son and there was initially no adult in sight, then one staff member appeared who told me they couldn’t take my son to the toilet as there wasn’t another staff member available (there were more than 11 children in the room) I had to go into the room and take my son to the toilet. The only reason I have given them 2 stars is because there are a few staff members who are really trying despite the nursery being managed so poorly. I would not recommend the nursery

My little girl loves coming to nursery and the staff, they are all friendly and professional, we love the app so we can see what she has been up to as photos are added regularly. The nursery itself is such a lovely place and the rooms are brilliant.
