We are very grateful to Busy Bees and the wonderful staff for the care, patience, and dedication they have shown to our child. The teachers create a safe, joyful, and supportive environment, and our little one has been so happy to go every day. Thank you for making this such a positive and memorable experience!
Read on GoogleUnfortunately I had a negative experience with Busy Bees at Chafford Hundred. We had a place for our daughter however our circumstances changed so we no longer needed the space. We had been told that we will get refund of our booking fee. We then found out that the nursery would not honour this as agreed. Really disappointing experience, I would expect much better service from Busy Bees.
Read on GoogleBoth my children have attended this nursery, one in the baby room and the other in the pre school room. Both my boys have been well looked after and their development has come along incredibly thanks to the wonderful team of ladies they have. They helped my son prepare for school and although he left early due to COVID the team went above and beyond to help develop their learning skills through online tasks and activities. I cannot fault the nursery or the amazing team. Highly recommended.
Read on GoogleWith the nursery closing in March due to COVID, and reopening in September, I was anxious to bring my little one back. However the whole team have been amazing! Emily and Tarin, the new managers, are knowledgeable and helpful to all queries I have had. The staff working in the rooms are loving, and I can really tell they care about my child when we have the end of day handovers. I also receive daily updates of what my child has been up to during the day on the app on my phone. As a nursery, I feel completely confident that they have strict COVID procedures in place to make sure it is safe for the children and parents, and the fact that my little girl is always smiling when I greet her at the door is a massive bonus. Her development has really come on, even just in the 3 weeks they have been reopen, and that is all down to the ladies working in the room! I would highly recommend Howard Road to any parent!
