Toddler’s group led by Laura is great. However when children move to pre-school it’s an absolute disaster with constant turnover of staff and issues aren’t tackled by management. Many removed their children and went elsewhere as a result. Would not recommend the pre-school section hence my review.
Read on GoogleMy daughter started in pre toddlers & the girls welcomed her well. However since my daughter has been in the toddler room she has come on leaps & bounds. Changing quick & now doesn’t cry when I leave her. Laura Reed in the toddler room has made me feel more at ease leaving my daughter. She has a kind nature & is clearly loving & passionate about her job. Pictures are provided so I can see what my daughter gets up to daily which goes a long way. Only criticism would be she comes home often hungry especially if dinner that day is a soup.
Read on GoogleMy son attends the nursery and he has a health condition so I was very reluctant about him joining a childcare setting. He also had severe separation anxiety if he was away from me and would get extremely distressed with anyone he didn't know . He has been going to the nursery since June this year at 18 months old. All the members of staff are so helpful and professional. My little boy settled in so quickly and its so lovely to see how he has developed a bond with the staff members. Even the staff who mainly deal with admin and office work are always ready to give him a cuddle and he knows them all. Its so nice to see staff make such an effort to have settle my son and keep him happy. They do so many activities which I love looking at the online diary which is updated regularly so I can see what my little boy gets up to. Its amazing to see how much he has learnt and is learning whilst attending nursery. They are on top of his care plan always making sure they get everything right. This nursery has helped make a positive impact on my family and him attending nursery has even made bedtime routines at home so much better. I am so grateful to all the staff who have worked and continue to work with my son.
