Read on GoogleI cannot ask for a more caring nursery. The attention busy bees have to learn the individual needs and personality of my children is just amazing. I am a parent who over thinks and calls up when I feel to, not once have they made me feel like I cannot do so. Both my children have an attachment to their key workers aswell as Nikki the amazing centre director. Busy bees is everything I could have hoped for and more. I would recommend them to any parent who is looking for a nursery. My daughter's personality has flourished since starting here her development is higher than that of her age. My son who is non verbal and not trusting of any one apart from his parents. Now loves all the staff runs on to greet them in his own way. The support I have gotten from the staff regarding his extra needs has been something that I cannot thank them enough for. As a parent with 2 under 3s who was feeling overwhelmed about returning to work Busy bees put all my worries to rest. Thank you to Nikki and all the staff at the nursery.
Read on GoogleHighly recommend by far best nursery with amazing staff. I know my children are safe and well looked after whilst in their care.
Read on GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this nursery to anyone. Despite having available spaces, their communication is appalling and shows a complete lack of care. After submitting my application online, I waited five days with no response. When I finally called them, I was told someone would get back to me that day or the next—but unsurprisingly, no one ever did. A week later, I called again, only to be met with the same dismissive response. This time, I was spoken to very rudely and told, quite bluntly, that there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, when you visit the nursery, they don’t even provide a proper fee breakdown. Instead, they email you a generic list that’s already available online, which gives no clarity about the costs when free hours are applied. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic respect is shocking and incredibly disappointing. Don’t waste your time.
Read on GoogleBusy Bees at Whipps Cross is a wonderful nursery. Our daughter absolutely loves attending, and we feel her development has been improved no end by the wonderful and safe environment, and incredible staff. We feel very lucky and fortunate that we found the nursery and would recommend it without hesitation. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.
