Staff identify children with special educational needs and/or disabilities without delay, refer concerns to relevant professionals promptly, and meet with parents to agree on next steps. Leaders follow the graduated approach and apply for additional funding when needed, targeting support to remove barriers.
Children explore the outdoor environment with curiosity and enjoy regular opportunities to be physically active. They enjoy climbing and running in the outdoor area, developing their coordination and overall health.
Children who speak English as an additional language make steady progress in all areas of learning. Staff use assessment to identify gaps and address them quickly.
