In its inspection in November 2021, Ofsted rated the day nursery as Outstanding. The inspector reported that it is a highly inclusive setting where children are happy and eager to learn, with staff challenging their thinking through a range of well-planned, stimulating experiences.
According to Ofsted, support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is outstanding, with strong partnerships between staff, parents, and other professionals. Physical development is supported in the enclosed garden, which features a child-sized assault course and herbs that the children help to water. The inspector noted that there is a strong emphasis on encouraging children to care for their play environment and that staff provide exceptional support for children to express their ideas. Parents praised the nursery's communication and inclusive approach.

SEND provision
Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is outstanding. Partnerships with parents of children with SEND and other professionals involved in their care are extremely strong. Staff work closely with parents and professionals to agree and deliver highly effective support for children on an individual basis.
Outdoor space
Staff provide excellent support for children's physical development. Children complete the child-sized assault course in the enclosed garden to build their physical skills as they move in a variety of ways. Children also help water herbs they grow in the garden.
