I had so many issues with this nursery that I have decided to leave a negative review because I don't want other parents to go through the same thing. My 2 kids went there for a very short amount of time but it felt like forever. My 2 year old wouldn't settle for 2 months and still would cry on drop off and pick up 4 months later which I just put it down to him being sensitive but then he started a new nursery when we moved and settled in 2 weeks. No tears, happy to be there and wouldn't cry at the mention of going to nursery. In busy bees I have noticed on drop off when he would cry he was ignored by the nursery workers as he trailed behind them looking for attention and they could see I was still there! Which made me even more worried on what happens when I leave. I did report it to the manager but I couldn't see any progress in my child's happiness on being in that place. Then one day (the only day!) I forgot to pack a spare change of clothes, they left him in wet trousers for nearly an hour until I picked him up and then we had to walk home in winter with my child in wet clothes. Even if they didn't have anything spare they could have called me and warned me so I could bring new trousers. My 9 month old also always cried on drop off and pick up and his nappy area was constantly red even though we never had that issue at home so I have no idea how long he was left in dirty nappies. The parent app was barely updated to the point that sometimes it looked like my children weren't even in nursery, an occasional dirty nappy was reported but that was it. They also posted a picture of my 2 year old crying while sitting on Santa's lap which I found very upsetting. Why would anyone do that? It was a really a horrible experience and I am so glad that my children don't go there anymore. A couple months down the line and I still feel so guilty sending them there. I believe this nursery needs to be reviewed and I will be making an official complaint to Ofsted.
