We’re so happy we chose N Family Tunbridge Wells St Johns for our little one. The whole team are so kind, friendly, and genuinely caring — you can tell they really love what they do. Our son has only recently started and is still settling in, but everyone has been so patient and reassuring, which has made such a difference for us as parents. The nursery is always spotless, welcoming, and full of fun activities. We already feel confident that he’s in the best hands. Thank you to all the amazing staff for creating such a warm, supportive environment — we couldn’t recommend you more!

We are beyond pleased to have chosen N family club St.Johns for our daughter. She started nursery feeling very shy and unsure but now absolutely loves it there. The staff are so friendly and informative always giving updates and information on how she's getting on. She has learnt so much already in just 3 months and we feel happy knowing she's in safe hands. We couldn't recommend enough!

It's a really lovely nursery, everyone there is really friendly and our little one loves it. They give lots of nice photos of what the children have been up to and the activities look great. Our little one used to struggle with food, however, has really improved since joining and their weekly food menus always look great. The nursery itself is always really clean, looks great and is a lovely space to be in. I'd really recommend them!

Our daughter was one of the first to join this nursery when it opened and we have been very happy from the get go. We had a bad experience at a nearby nursery so I was anxious about sending her somewhere new. But I really feel she is in safe hands at N Family SJ and she is constantly coming on leaps and bounds. We are always kept up to speed with her development and she has made some lovely friends too. We couldn't be happier.

Our daughter has been attending N Family Club since February 2025. Transitioning from a Childminder, I was a bit concerned about her settling well with the nursery as it is a completely different environment as she was used to. I was quickly impressed by the professionalism of the nursery, their high standards, clean and organised facilities and the love and care they put into the work they do every day, my daughter feels very happy there and I could see how she was quickly learning new skills and independence in every day tasks. The food seems to be really good and I like that we are updated weekly about the menu, my daughter has been trying a variety of ingredients and my initial concern of her not eating much was soon going away as I could see that she was enjoying the meals with her friends. The App is really good too, easy to use , set up and update, and you'll get daily updates about activities, naps and meals, which it was also what I was looking for when choosing NFamily Club
