Went for a visit recently while looking for a nursery for our son. The staff were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed at having to do a tour for us. The children were being largely left to their own devices and paid very little attention by the staff. One baby had snot running down his nose that no one was attending to. Wouldn’t leave our child there if it was the only option on earth.

I would highly recommend not sending your child to this nursery. There is no communication from the staff whatsoever. Not once was there a proper handover at drop off or collection. The staff failed to keep me updated on any struggles they or my child had during a 2 hour session. The staff also did not record nappy changes on the app. The centre director and assistant centre director were completely unprofessional. The CD didn’t even introduce himself to me and the ACD spoke to me in a manner that was very unprofessional, comparing my child to others in their care. Every aspect of my dealings with Busy Bees Westminster was difficult, frustrating and quite frankly absolutely appalling. I received numerous invoices from them, when I was only supposed to receive one and even then every invoice was incorrect and had to be amended. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
