Dishwasher completely gummed up with grease. Sonny needed to take it apart to completely remove all the internal blockages and went above and beyond to make sure we were left with a fully working machine. Very happy with service provided

My son has attended this nursery since he was 9 months old and has thoroughly enjoyed his time so far here which makes me feel at ease which as a parent is very important. The staff are all welcoming and he has formed good relationships with them all and will always talk about them as well as all the exciting things he’s done too. I would highly recommend.

Staff seemed well trained and professional here. The care my son received for the very short period he was there was fine but no better than other settings we have used. The nursery have a very complicated payment structure which is confusing to understand and not clear at all. In my opinion the fees are structured so that the return for the nursery is maximised, which is fair enough as it is a business. The problem is that for children over 3 who are entilled to 15 hours of care through NEG funding will never receive 15 hours, it is closer to 6-7 hours with the parents paying for the rest. This is due to the way the nursery uses a complicated invoicing method designed to maximise their income rather than give parents what they are entilled to. If you do not have time to worry about how much you are paying and if you don't mind not getting your full allocation of care in hours then this will be a good place for children. My opinion is that there are other settings just as good if not better where invoiving is clear and you basically get what you are entilled to in terms of NEG funding of 15 hours for children over 3.
