I honestly couldn’t be happier with my daughter’s nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly attentive, not only towards my child, but towards me as a parent as well. They always take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and offer reassurance, which means so much. The care and attention they give to each child is amazing. My daughter is treated with patience, kindness, and understanding, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about her wellbeing and development. They are very observant and always keep me informed about her day, her progress, and any little achievements, which I really appreciate. The nursery provides a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, and grow at their own pace. There’s a great balance between fun activities, learning, and outdoor play, and it’s lovely to see how much confidence my daughter has gained since attending. Overall, I feel confident leaving my child in their care. The support, professionalism, and warmth shown by the entire team truly sets this nursery apart. I’m extremely grateful for everything they do and would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and supportive nursery.

My son has been at this nursery from when he was 1 to 4 years old. He is going to reception now. He absolutely loved it. The staff were wonderful with him, from being patient with my son's fussy eating. To teaching him, counting, writing, crafts, drawing and potty training, all things that have built his confidence and prepared him for school. I am grateful to all the staff members. Thank you for all the love and support you have given my boy. ❤️🙏🏽

Fantastic nursery, I really can’t fault a single thing about this place. Sadly after 1 year here, my travel and work commitments have changed and now we have found a nursery closer to home. The staff are impeccable and really have shown so much love and care towards my daughter, who has grown and will continue to do so in favour of her time spent at Rye Hill. Management have done so much to help me during my first time mummy process, supporting all my needs and I really have to justify that this nursery is a credit to any parent. The food is all home made and believe me the chefs baking skills are amazing! (Cakes & Cookies) wow! All in all it’s a bitter sweet transition from here to our new location, but I am really pleased to say that every moment spent with you guys was truly a blessing. Thank you all very much

Its all a show for the parents- the staff dont put in effort to enhance learning. There are pits of cereal put out everyday for children to "play and eat" disgusting. No organisation with the activities. Displays done for inspections by senior staff to make it look like theyve been productive. Feel sorry for the parents who dont know their child deserves much more than this. The outdoor resources for younger children are terrible in the small yard. The children who stay late are all kept in a yard in the centre and staff just stand and watch again no enhancement of learning- is it a high school or early years setting? Feel like the staff are just stuck in their jobs and are comfortable where they are deffinatly needs and complete new team and revamp- a new working ethos and more accountability.

Staff have worked well and value comments from parent and work well between them and their child’s needs and safety, my child settled in very well and it was sad to leave we will miss the staff :)
