The inspector observed that children enter the setting eagerly and that staff comfort any who are unsettled. Children have access to sensory activities such as paint, water, sand and rice, with education provided indoors and outdoors. The report noted that children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive swift support. To improve, Ofsted recommended that the nursery promotes further opportunities for children to build on their self-help skills, supports less confident children to engage in activities, and enhances teaching to develop children's communication and language.
