Inclusion & environment
Leaders and staff identify children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) early and work with external professionals to embed tailored plans. Targeted funding supports one-to-one interventions, appropriate resources, and specific staff training.
Children have many opportunities for physical play, using outdoor climbing equipment to develop strength and coordination. Even the youngest children enjoy the enticing outdoor environment, and toddlers understand how to safely use steps to access equipment. Pre-school children also develop motor skills effectively in the outdoor play area.
