Wiggles and Giggles is an all-year-round childcare setting in Mansfield, established in 2022, that welcomes children aged from 1 to 4 years. Open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 6 pm, the nursery provides a consistent and engaging environment, closing only for bank holidays and a week at Christmas.

The latest Ofsted inspection, on 14th February 2025, rated Wiggles and Giggles as 'Good' in all areas, including the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, and leadership and management. Children are observed to be confident and happy, eagerly greeted by warm and friendly staff.

The nursery implements a strong, well-sequenced curriculum, both indoors and outdoors, which supports children in learning key skills from a young age and prepares them for their next stage of learning. Staff are skilled at identifying and providing targeted support for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), tailoring interactions to children's next steps to ensure rapid progress.

Children benefit from a wide variety of open-ended resources that foster curiosity and allow them to become fully immersed in play. There is a strong focus on developing communication and language skills, with staff introducing descriptive words and new vocabulary, as well as promoting understanding of emotions and empathy among children.

The nursery also prioritises children's health, encouraging physical activity, healthy eating habits, and good oral hygiene. Staff build excellent partnerships with parents, gathering information to tailor support, and creating learning packs for families to use at home.
