Inclusion & environment
The management team empower staff to develop a curriculum that meets children's needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. The curriculum is well-designed to support children's emotional security, and communication and language skills.
Children confidently lead their play, and staff support them in taking risks, such as climbing a tree. Children receive clear explanations to help them understand potential risks, for example, when digging bark near a friend.
Nursery teachers are absolutely wonderful. Management and higher up only care about one thing MONEY. We never once got offered help even though we asked several times if our child would be allowed 3 year old funding considering we are below the 100k limit. Everytime we asked the answer was never same. When we went to another nursery to have a look they gave us more help and information in 45 minute then we received from Charlton in almost 2 years. The staff at the nursery are fine it's the people above them.
