I visited the nursery for a viewing for my 2-year-old son and initially had a good impression. However, the communication afterwards was very disappointing. I wanted to arrange a mix of privately paid hours and funded hours, but I never received a clear response about the fee structure. I visited the nursery three times and called three times, and each time staff said the manager would call me back, but no one ever did. After two weeks I finally received an email reply for fees structure, and I asked if my son could start in March. I even said I was happy to pay 30 hours privately, but again there was no response. I also forwarded the council email explaining that the nursery needs to apply for funded hours, and I followed up with another call, but still no reply. I understand nurseries can be busy, but basic communication and courtesy are important. Even a simple response saying there is no space would help parents move on and look for other options.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives at Cheeky Chums. The staff are incredibly attentive and nurturing, making sure every child feels comfortable and valued. My child has been loving their time at Cheeky Chums Edgware. The staff are so caring, and my little one always comes home excited about the fun activities they did. Cheeky Chums Edgware is fantastic! The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and create a safe, nurturing environment for the children. My little one loves going every day and always comes home happy and full of excitement. The facilities are spotless, and the activities are both fun and educational, helping the kids develop while having a great time. I feel completely at ease knowing my child is in such good hands. Highly recommend to any parents in the area!

We are very happy parents! Lavanya was incredibly friendly and helpful when we inquired last summer, making the entire process as smooth as possible. Although it took some time for our little one to settle in, she now absolutely loves her time at the nursery and gets excited the moment she sees her carer. The interior of the nursery is spacious, clean, bright, and filled with positive energy. We visited several nurseries before choosing Cheeky Chums, and we’re so glad we made the decision for our daughter to grow and thrive in such a nurturing environment. We are very happy with the care given to our daughter
