Queen Bee Nursery, situated in Edgware, London Borough of Brent, offers childcare for children aged 1 to 4 years. Registered in 2016, the nursery operates from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, all year round, closing only for bank holidays.

The dedicated team of 17 staff members, most of whom hold early years qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5, provide a warm and reassuring environment. Children are encouraged to explore a challenging and interesting curriculum, learning about diverse topics such as Antarctica and developing early mathematical concepts through engaging activities like number-matching games.

The nursery fosters polite and kind behaviour, with staff sensitively guiding children to understand expectations. Queen Bee Nursery places a strong emphasis on building positive relationships with parents, actively inviting them to be part of the "nursery family" and celebrating children's achievements through events like a year-end prom.

The leadership team is highly reflective, continuously seeking to develop staff practice and support children, including those who speak English as an additional language, by proactively learning words in children's home languages to ensure a smooth settling-in process.

Children are warmly welcomed into the setting, with staff providing cuddles and reassurance. They engage with a challenging curriculum that builds confidence and life skills, including exploring different parts of the world. Children are polite and kind, understanding expectations, and have access to an exciting outdoor space with climbing equipment, bikes, and cars to be physical and active.
