Little Leaders Childcare operates six day nurseries across Ipswich, including specific settings in Kesgrave, Framlingham, Melton, Martlesham, and Ransomes. Established for 14 years, the company is led by directors with over two decades of Early Years education experience.

They cater to children aged 12 weeks to five years, operating 51 weeks a year, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm. The nursery prides itself on offering an engaging and natural environment that fosters learning and exploration.

Their approach is heavily influenced by the Curiosity Approach, promoting imagination and critical thinking through natural resources and loose parts. This child-led planning ensures a magical and stimulating learning environment where each child's individual needs are prioritised.

The settings aim for a calm, tranquil, and inviting atmosphere to support children's settling and learning journeys. The nursery also provides additional learning opportunities through Forest School and Beach School sessions, encouraging outdoor learning and fun.

Our ethos

We use the Curiosity Approach to help the children use their imagination, curious minds and magical thoughts to develop and grow. We have a calm, tranquil approach to learning through loose parts and natural resources, which helps the children to think creatively and critically. We have child led planning which allows the children to follow their own path and create a magical environment to learn in. We follow ‘The Curiosity Approach’ which helps the children learn in a natural environment with resources that inspire curiosity, awe and wonder. We have Forest school and Beach school sessions which allow the children to learn outdoors and have lots of fun!
