Lovely and heart warming. I am so happy with the environment that my child is in here. The staff genuinely care about the children and their care is really personalised. My children absolutely love going to nursery/after school club at spring in scampton. The staff are very friendly and accommodating always giving a detailed update as to what my children have been doing as well as regular online updates to show their development. Would recommend this nursery to everyone .

In a nutshell: Poorly trained staff who openly admit head office don't meet their needs, struggle to meet EYFS regulations with regards to complaints proceedures and standard timeframes, regular invoice mistakes and an overall concern for child wellbeing. A long trail of (recorded) lies from management with regards to various issues. Reported to Ofsted for further investigation. Additionally reported to ICO with regards to a serious data breech involving missing financial information.
