Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), make good progress from their starting points. Staff work closely with other professionals to support children with SEND and their families, providing one-to-one support, using sign language, simple sentences and visual prompts to build understanding of routines.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy their time outdoors, and most of them engage in group activities. They copy the actions of staff and learn how to warm up before physical activities. Opportunities for learning are available, both indoors and outdoors, allowing children to make their own choices, such as younger children building sandcastles and decorating them using twigs they find around them.
