I have been set on this being my daughter's nursery since we first moved to the area a year ago. Since her birth, we have viewed the nursery twice - on the second occasion, we were told by the head of the baby room, that there was no rush to enroll our daughter until we needed to, as they had no waitlist - and if an increase in children registering occurred, she would let us know. I collected the registration form from the nursery, and as instructed by the staff member, I emailed to confirm availability. Fiona did not respond to 2 of my emails asking about any availability they had across 3 days - after my second phone call chasing, she finally responded saying they had no availability at all, and they were unable to preemptively hold a place - which I was not asking them to do, I just wanted any kind of confirmation. I am very disappointed in the nursery's communication, and to just be told "try again in a few months" when the issues have actually came from their side is a joke.
Read on GoogleI am immensely in debt to Circle of Friends Nursery for 2024. I am very thankful to them for the wonderful growth of my little one. We chose Circle of Friends out of a few options and we are so happy to have made that decision. The staff is extremely professional, very caring and goes a step beyond in helping you at times of need. The growth and developlment of a child is crucial in the initial few years of life and I as a doctor can say it confidently that Circle of Friends is doing its best at helping my little one grow to her utmost potential and creativity. I am grateful to nursery for a lovely year my baby had and will like to see my toddler grow at its best with the same nursery in the next few years. Thank you and Happy New Year 2025
