Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) make important steps towards clear individual targets, such as managing emotions or mastering new physical skills. Staff are very responsive to the needs of children with SEND, providing consistent approaches and individual strategies to ensure participation and security. Leaders and staff are committed to making experiences inclusive for children with SEND, identifying additional needs early, and putting targeted plans in place with partnership from parents and external agencies.

Outdoor space

Free access to the outdoor spaces gives children frequent opportunities to run, climb and balance. They become confident in moving across different levels in the garden and learn how to take measured risks when using larger play equipment. Staff use the greenhouse and growing beds to help children learn how to care for plants and understand where food comes from.

This nursery is truly an amazing place. My little girl thrives here and loves spending time with the staff and other children. I was completely overwhelmed when I went to view it for the first time and knew I had to get a space for my daughter. A one of a kind nursery with very kind, attentive and creative staff!

An Outstanding and Inspirational Nursery! This nursery is truly excellent, with an incredible team of staff who are genuinely dedicated to giving every child the best possible start. Their passion for supporting children’s creativity shines through in everything they do. You can clearly see the special bonds between the children and each member of staff, who all show real joy and pride in their roles. Since opening, the nursery has truly impressed the local community—not just with its transformation, but with the clear love and care the owner and manager put into providing a wide range of materials and toys that allow children to explore and express themselves freely. All celebrations throughout the year are thoughtfully acknowledged, creating a wonderfully inclusive environment. All of the activities are well thought out for the children. The nursery itself is immaculate, warm and welcoming with a good mix of indoor and outdoor space.
