30pm, closing only for bank holidays and one week at Christmas. Children arrive enthusiastically, eager to engage in their day, forming strong attachments with the kind and nurturing staff who create a welcoming and secure environment.

Staff excel in supporting children's personal and social development, fostering good behaviour, and encouraging consideration for others. Parental feedback consistently praises the quality of care and the engaging activities offered.

The curriculum supports the development of good communication skills and a wide vocabulary, with staff actively engaging children in conversations and asking questions to spark their thinking. Outdoor learning is a key feature, with children enjoying activities such as riding the 'bus bike' collaboratively and experimenting with rolling objects through cardboard tubes.

The pre-school is particularly adept at tailoring support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), utilising funding such as the early years pupil premium effectively to minimise learning disparities. Staff regularly assess children's starting points and liaise with other professionals to plan appropriate learning experiences.

Safeguarding arrangements are effective, with staff demonstrating a strong understanding of child protection procedures and undergoing regular training. The pre-school also promotes healthy living by encouraging physical activity and teaching children about hygiene, such as the importance of handwashing.

They say that their children have settled very well and enjoy an interesting range of activities.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff find out what children can already do when they first start at the pre-school. This enables them to tailor their support for children, particularly those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Funding, such as early years pupil premium, is used very well. Additional sessions and resources help to reduce any differences in children's learning.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy playing outdoors. They ride around on the 'bus bike', working together collaboratively to move the vehicle forward. Children take great delight in rolling objects down through big cardboard tubes and wait eagerly for them to pop out at the other end.

This nursery has been absolutely amazing and my son’s development has really grown over the years. Thank you for all you have done for not only my son but myself as well. I want to thank all of the staff and his key workers Poppy and Loris as they have been a massive part of my his journey and they have made it extra special and have really helped him over the years and I honestly can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone and will cherish all the memories my son has made and the impact they have had on our lives.
